As a Christian, does getting a psychic reading go against Christianity?
I am Christian and the past year has been really difficult on me. Since August 5th of last year, my life has just gone through so many twists and turns. Prior to that my life wasn’t 100% perfect but it was wonderful, I was soaring financially, starting my own business, was able to travel to my dream destinations, my family and I were well, I was just happy.
I’ve been praying for answers and for guidance in getting to where I want to go but I don’t have the answers. I don’t think I’m losing faith I just want answers. If I do go for a reading I am only looking for answers to what went wrong and where my life is going. I’m going in with an open mind.
Would it be wrong or against my religion to go this route?
**I do believe some people are intuitive, I am not putting my faith in this person, I just seek some feedback of some sort**

If wasting money on getting advice from a blatant phoney is against Christianity, then yes.

You can’t suffer a witch to live. Exodus 22:18.

Yeah it’s seeking answers from a source other than God.

Please, can someone clarify this psychic reading a little bit further?
Yea, I can see that he is a very confusing fellow isn’t he? One second he appears to have no interest, the next second he seems to be sending flirty smiles…but this is how he is in general. He is very much guided by his emotions and instincts, which tend to be ever changing at this stage of his life. So Monday he may wake up and be completley into his friends and want nothing else in his life…on Tuesday he may wake up and see you and think Jenn is looking pretty cute…then Wednesday he is completely into something else. He is an all or nothing type of personality, which makes it very difficult to pin down what he is thinking. Not only does it make it hard for you to figure out what he is thinking…quite frankly he doesn’t know what he wants because it changes with the wind. Make sense? Also, although he at times seems like he is very outgoing…don’t let that fool you..he is actually somewhat guarded and insecure about letting people get too close to him. He prefers to keep things “a mystery” as a means of feeling like he is calling the shots. Now, does he like you? Yes. When he sees you he does experience attraction and he thinks highly of you. However, his insecurities keep him from asking you out..or even building a friendship with you. When you called him in February and he turned you down…it was not due to lack of attraction…it was because he is scared to say yes. He is not as comfortable with himself as you are…he has many self doubts. He will work this out over time though. I see him asking you out next school year. He is going to need a while to come around.
When she says, he’s an all or nothing type of person, what does she mean exactly?

psychic readings should always be taken with a pinch of salt and an open mind…the best person to clarify this for you is the actual psychic that did the reading for you. Psychic readings can vary from psychic to psychic and they come from within..i.e the psychic gets feelings/visions about the situation and will interpret them according to their ways…and different psychics have different ways of interpreting stuff. So if you ask us we can only tell you the literal meaning which is pretty clear…maybe it was just a bit of mumble while she with no significant meaning…there is no way we would know…so the only way you’ll know for sure is to ask him/her 🙂
