Not at all. Media always exaggerates to double the publication.

NO! Media always exaggerates society to the point of being sickening. That is why most people don’t watch the news anymore. It’s more for the almighty dollar than anything else! They always want you to pour it on for the public or they don’t tell your story. We’re hip to their bull in other words. Instead of a fashion gallery, it is a “fiction gallery” Most people I know don’t watch the news anymore.
Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear, in other words. Examples? Enquirer, every news channel known to man, every magazine, etc…. Most all of them are FALSE just to SELL.

what are the advantages of the media? not the disadvantages but whats good about it counter arugments for disadvantages would be nice (AKA b media i mean internet, news, newspaper television) plz and ty:)

For example, Swine Flu. Without the media, we wouldn’t know about it as quickly and we wouldn’t know as much about it, most people would think it is a rumour but with the media, we have all been warned of it and are all prepared and ready.

With face-book,blogs and twitter,and also yahoo questions/answers there is free exchange of ideas.I rarely buy newspapers anymore,with in hours they are outdated.Magazines are the same way.Up to date news is better.
