Psychic abilities? Not so sure anymore.?
I wanted to become a psychic medium, but people are warning me about it. All i have heard was good things that happen if you are a psychic medium.
Can someone please tell me the dangerous bad things and what could happen if im not experienced && i dont have a mentor.

If you want to pretend be a psychic medium you’d best study up on cold reading, so you can trick grieving people into thinking you are really communicating with their deceased loved ones.
I don’t know about being dangerous but it’s certainly unprincipled to exploit vulnerable people to just make a buck.

You don’t just “become” a psychic, you need to be born with the abilities. And no it is not just “a joyride”…psychics carry the burden of knowing other people’s destinies…and are often unable to do anything about it. Think of when Julius Caesar went to a soothsayer. The woman told him “harm will come to you before the Ides of March passes. Be careful.” Julius made a joke of this, like many skeptics still mock the paranormal TO THIS DAY. Caesar was then stabbed to death on the Ides of March. The soothsayer was right, she knew what would happen, but was unable to stop it. You just can’t help some people with your powers, if you have them. Your visions of their futures will be your own.

Learn the art to protect yourself first, Best with strong Amulets handy, In case U met Evil spirits whom do U harm, Remember not to make promise with the spirits, Put up protection of your house too, When U go to the problem house feel weather it’s Devil or Entity doing, If it’s Devil than back off!!

Have you ever gone to a psychic/medium? Did you have a good or bad experience?
I went to one last April. I said as little as possible, and she said some really accurate things. I’m going to go back to her again when it’s been a year since my last visit.

I have not really been to a psychic or medium unless you include palmistry into this. I have seen two of them in my early life.
They first one was when I was about 13. Three of us girls saw one at a county fair. Yes, I know this might be the very worst place and she may have indeed been a charlatan, but she was interesting in what she told me. My two friends got the usual line, dark and handsome strangers, multiple kids and the lot. But, I went last and she seemed to get all shaky for a second. Then she told me that I would spend my life with a man named Jerry. Well, the only Jerry I had known in my life was a kiddy boyfriend when I was 7 and in 2nd grade. Wow! I get back with him? No, although I did happen to meet with him as a young adult, not him. A few years after the reading, Now in High school, I met a man who has become my Life Partner and all things romantic. Yes, his name is Jerry. However, during the reading, that was the total of all she told me and she said it was all she could see.
The second time was when I was about16 and in high school and again with friends who chickened out at the last minute. This time the woman was said to be experienced and had a place in town she ran, if this makes her any more reliable. Again, she took my hand but this time, this one looked, kind of gasped and said, ” I can tell you nothing. I can see your hand clearly but the meaning isn’t there, Someone has hidden it from view.” She dropped my hand and, like the first one seemed shaken then told me that she was afraid to try and read me, that she might end up hurt to do it. She insisted on giving me my money back and advised me not to try having my palm read again. I haven’t.
The closest I came to a psychic was a guy at a party when I was in my mid twenties. I just seemed to run up against him and he had apparently been reading people a bit and telling them what he saw. He told me I was followed by a ghost, I told him I knew that and then he looked at me sharper and then shook his head and told me I was in shadow and seemed to be hidden from his view. Again, I told him I had heard that and we became separated in the crowd.
That was the extent of it all. I have no real plans to see a medium again. If I do run into one, maybe I will be less hidden from their view.
Oh, and I can’t be around Ouiji boards either. All they will say is NO.

Take everything with a grain of salt and don’t get too reliant on psychics would be my advice. Once or twice a year is fine.
The last supposedly awesome psychic I went to was very nice to listen to and chat with after the reading, said some pretty accurate things too, but as far as his “predicitions” – the *exact opposite* happened for everything he said would happen. Maybe he was just having a backwards day – who knows. But in any case, though I might have been hoping he was right, I hadn’t counted on anything he said anyway…just went for fun.
