How to assure a landlord you’re a good and keen tenant?
Hello. I’m a very respectful reliable friendly person etc. I’m quite shy so I find it difficult to highlight these traits, I have a viewing tomorrow for a student room. I want the landlord to know that I have these attributes as he explained that he’s very picky about choosing students for the hosue because of the general student reputation! How could I go about assuring him I’m keen and a good tenant?

References from previous landlords would be a good start – just saying you’re a good tenant isn’t genearlly considered proof of this
Just make it clear that you’ll be paying rent on time, will keep the place clean and tidy etc

Wear appropriate clothes for an interview. Call him sir, not “Pop.” Demonstrate financial responsibility. Ask whether the place offers peace and quiet for studying. You do not have to tell him what you offer. You have to show him.

I think one of them is, women are more able to multi task then men. I don’t know why, but its fact.

Men tend to use the left side of their brain at higher capacity than the right, where as women use both sides at equal capacity.
Men are generally better at mathematical and technical problems, finding differences, problem solving, by logically and sequentially looking at the parts of things, and typically have better spatial skills.
Women tend to have more tuned communication skills and are more in touch with emotions. Also women can typically read emotions better than men can.
“An area of the brain called the inferior-parietal lobule (IPL) is typically significantly larger in men, especially on the left side, than in women. This section of the brain is thought to control mental mathematical ability” (Amber Hensley, 10 Big Differences Between Men’s and Women’s Brains)
These findings are speaking only general terms. For majority these traits apply, but do not indicate that all men or women have such traits.
